Kellogg's Helping Children and Youth

The Kellogg's Company was founded by W. K. Kellogg, a man dedicated to giving back. Based on the past of his business, Kellogg decided to focus on three main areas and one of the areas is Helping Children and Youth reach their Potential. Kellogg's Company became the first sponsors for World of Children in 1998. Basically, Kellogg's is very dedicated to helping children and young adults to become more aware of their living styles. Kellogg's has donated money to organizations that help with obesity. Kellogg's has also giving many grants to other organizations that deal with abused children.

I think what Kellogg's company is doing is great. There are so many children and young adults that have an unhealthy living style and that need that special attention. Even the basic thing that Kellogg's is doing is making a huge difference. I think that more companies should look at this and be inspired to take action.

  1. I agree, it looks like they're involved with a lot of projects! I'd be interested to hear some more reflection - Any questions? Concerns? Information you'd like to see included? Since this info comes from Kellogg's website, how might that influence the tone, information, or presentation of their CSR?
