Dutch Brothers--- Great Drive through Coffee Shop

http://www.arizona-coffee.com/2007/dutch-bros-coffee-has-strong-drive-thru-business

This article talks about the great benefits of Dutch Brothers drive-thru and walk-up coffee shops. They have great customer service and try to get to know their customers by name. I have been to many different Dutch Brothers drive-ins and they always have really good and personal service. The employees are personable and are always good at making a good conversation.

Dutch Brothers is a good overall company. It is even better that it is based in Oregon. At home there is a drive-thru that I always go to and I feel like it is always a personal experience. They know me by name and ask about how things are going at school. It is amazing that they can get to know so many people on that level when they serve hundreds of people a day. It is a great company and needs to expand to more stores such as the one in Corvallis, with tables and free internet.

  1. I feel the same thing, they have a good services toward customers and they talk to you like a casual talk and just to see how everything is going. And sometime if you go there as a regular customer, they start to know you and the one in Corvallis is really nice and has tables and internet for us college students which gives a good atmosphere.

  3. I also agree. Dutch Bros is has a great thing going as far as their drive-thru and walk up coffee shops. I am from the Seattle area and all we have are Starbucks. Even though I love Starbucks, it would be nice if the company could include some of the techniques that Dutch Bros uses, such as more drive-thru shops. I also think that if Dutch Bros opened up more coffee shops on more college campuses, they would find a lot of success because it seems like their target market is younger coffee-drinkers who are looking for something other than just a plain latte.
